1. QUOTATION
Get a quote of your project through our quotation form.
We’ll respond you via email within 1 hour, 24/7. Check your SPAM folder if you cannot find our email.
2. ORDER APPROVAL
The email we sent you contains all the details about your order, including turnaround time and total price.
You must reply to that email confirming your order, then we’ll send you a link to pay for it.
3. PRODUCTION
Once your order is paid, the production process starts. Within a few days, we’ll send you an update via email which contains pictures of your finished products and an estimate delivery date.
4. SHIPPING / PICKUP
We’ll send you an email once your order is ready to be shipped, then another one when it’s been shipped, including all the shipping details.

Depends on quantity and other features of your project, but production time for all products usually goes from 8 to 12 business days, then shipping time takes 1 to 5 business days.
All payments are processed through PayPal or Stripe; accepting Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
If you feel uncertain about colors and are concerned that they might look differently in the final product, we highly recommend searching for your color using its PANTONE® code. HEX and RGB colors can vary on different screens due to various color settings, among other factors.

WOVEN LABELS
It depends on your product and the style and comfort you want to give it.
For instance, satin labels are used in underwear and lingerie for their soft and comfy touch, but they’re also popular in haute couture for their luxurious, classy, minimalist, vintagey style.
Damask labels are the most commonly used in the fashion/clothing industry, given the high level of customization and detail your design can get. This allows your brand to showcase a seal of excellent quality, style, and comfort through the label.
The size you need.
There’s no limits regarding size. However, bigger label = bigger cost.
We don’t have a fixed price list, as the final order price is tailored to each quotation.
However.. for example, 500 super high quality damask woven labels measuring 2.4 x 1.6” (60 x 40 mm) will be about $99 TOTAL.
Other woven label companies in California will charge you about $220 for that same order (not even including shipping cost).

Yes, but only damask labels can have gradient colors and it’s quite complex.
If your project needs gradient coloring, a special digital design must be created before producing. Please contact us so we can help out!
